I understand that I need a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours to travel to Corsica (even if you are fully vaccinated).

Travel to cargese

Cargèse is located on the west cost of Corsica.The closest airport and harbour are located in Ajaccio.

ARRIVAL : we have planned 2 buses from Ajaccio Airport to Cargese at noon and 4PM.
DEPARTURE : we have planned 2 buses from Cargese to Ajaccio Airport at 7AM and 10AM.

Other itineraries are possible but please be aware of the scarceness of public transportation in Corsica.
Driving through Corsica is scenic but can take a long time.
